150 g frozen banana slices
70 - 80 g plain Greek yogurt
3 mint stems
A small handful of dark chocolate pieces or nibs
Blend mint with the yogurt, then add the frozen banana, continue blending.
When the mass has acquired the appearance of a thick sorbet and the bananas have blended in, stir in the chocolate pieces and serve right away.
Tip: you get the best result if you freeze completely ripe, even overripe bananas.
