2 peaches, sliced
100 g Greek yogurt
1/2 lemon, zested
Basil leaves of 2 stems, finely chopped
1 tsp honey, or to taste
For decoration

freeze dried berries (optional)
Heat a regular pan or a grill pan over low heat. Add peaches and cook on low heat until they start to caramelize on the sides, set aside.
Mix the yogurt with the lemon zest , basil leaves and honey until well combined. Then transfer the mixture to serving bowls.
Top with the caramelized peaches and garnish with basil leaves, freeze dried berries or other toppings if desired.
