1 frozen banana
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
3-5 tbsp of plain yogurt / greek yogurt or plant-based alternative
+/- 1 tbsp vanilla flavored protein powder
For serving
+/- granola
+/- dried nuts and berries
Blend all the ingredients on high speed. If the blender is powerful enough, you can get by with an even smaller amount of yogurt.
Serve with seeds, granola, or whatever you would normally eat ice cream with.
