400 g lean ground beef or chicken
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp tomato paste or concentrate (I use Mutti)
a pinch of paprika powder
500 g small potatoes, cut in halves or quarters
2 tomatoes, cubed
250 g iceberg lettuce, sliced
pickles (optional)
115 g Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp tomato paste or concentrate (I use Mutti)
4 small pickles, finely chopped
sesame seeds (optional)
Boil the potatoes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add in the beef or chicken, add mustard, tomato paste and paprika powder, cook until slightly golden and cooked through, set aside. Then cook the potatoes in the same pan.
To prepare the dressing, mix all of the ingredients well.
Assemble the cooked meat, potatoes, tomato and lettuce on the plate. Add additional pickles if you like.
Top with the burger dressing and sesame seeds.
